Biography

Graham divides his practice between public sector and commercial/private work.

He called in 2007 and appears regularly at Court of Session, Sheriff Court and Tribunal levels throughout Scotland.

In his public sector practice he was appointed to the Advocate General's panel in 2012, and to the Public International Law Panel in 2014.  In these capacities he appears primarily in tax appeals, in judicial reviews (including immigration) and in director disqualification cases.  His private sector work encompasses company and commercial law, construction and personal injury work.

Graham appreciates the need for clear and realistic advice and works towards a practical and swift response.  He also believes in an open, friendly service.
