Biography

He has a particular interest in product liability claims and has acted for Merck in the Vioxx litigation; for General Motors; and for the pursuers in both metal hip implant and vaginal mesh litigation. 

Robert called to the Bar in 1995 and took silk in 2009.  He is top ranked by both Legal 500 and Chambers in personal injuries. He is a member of several committees of the Faculty of Advocates and is co-director of Compass Chambers.
