Faculty speeches at Commonwealth Law Conference

The Commonwealth Law Conference in Glasgow featured speeches by two senior Faculty figures.

James Wolffe, QC, Dean of Faculty, spoke on the state's obligation to fund competent representation for persons accused of crime.

And Laura Dunlop, QC, addressed the issue of mental illness and the death penalty.
