Part Two of child law seminars

26 May

The Advocates’ Family Law Association is gearing up for the second half of a series of seminars on contemporary issues in child law.

Two events have already examined contact and contempt of court, and safe contact in the context of domestic abuse.

Next up, on Thursday, 2 June, will be a study of new rules affecting child welfare reporters, with Ceit-Anna MacLeod, Advocate, as the speaker.

At the final seminar, on Thursday, 9 June, AFLA Chair Janys Scott, QC, will look at children’s views, Form F9 and other issues.

The one-hour seminars are being held in the Mackenzie Building. Full details at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/afla-child-contact-seminars-tickets-21518440234
