The former Lord Advocate and Senator of the College of Justice, Lord Murray, has died. He was 94.
Ronald King Murray was admitted to Faculty in 1953 and took Silk in 1967. He was Labour MP for Leith from 1970-79, and was Lord Advocate from 1974-79.
He served 16 years on the Bench, from 1979-95.
