QC named Lawyer of the Week

Senior counsel, Jonathan Mitchell, QC, has been named Lawyer of the Week in the Law section of The Times.

Mr Mitchell acted for three English local authorities in a Court of Session case where the court, under the nobile officium, enforced orders by the English High Court to place four children in secure accommodation in Scotland.
