Crafting the law on crofting

30 May

Two members of Faculty will bring specialist knowledge to bear at a conference on crofting law.

The event, at Lews Castle, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, on 9 June, has been organised by the Crofting Law Group, which is open to anyone with an interest in crofting law. It will explore crofting law reform – where things stand and what happens next.

Sir Crispin Agnew, QC, is Chairman of the Group and he will be in charge of proceedings at the conference, while Robert Sutherland, Advocate, is to provide a case law update.
