QC to lead bullying review

THE Scottish Government has named John Sturrock, QC, to lead an independent review into allegations of a bullying culture at NHS Highland.

Mr Sturrock joined the Faculty in 1986, and was appointed a QC in 1999. He became a non-practising member in 2002. He was the Faculty’s first Director of Training and Education (1994-2002), and is credited with the late Lord “Mike” Jones with developing the Faculty’s renowned training programme.
