Biography

Kate has a busy and varied reparation practice, with a particular emphasis on clinical negligence, disease and complex personal injury cases.

Kate called to the Bar in June 2014, after 16 years as a solicitor and partner in private practice.

She acts for both pursuers and defenders. She regularly appears in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Courts. Kate is also very experienced and regularly instructed in conducting Fatal Accident Inquiries.
