Faculty Dispute Resolution Service

The Faculty Dispute Resolution Service offers a convenient way of securing the services of Advocates as decision makers and neutral dispute resolvers, whether as adjudicators, arbitrators, mediators or other third party neutrals.

Members of the FDRS have a particular interest in using alternative dispute resolution techniques.  Appointment is speedy and there is no administration fee and no red tape.  Fees are negotiable and can be tailored to suit the dispute.

The FDRS Administrator can assist with appointments and with the provision of facilities.  The Mackenzie Building, High Street, Edinburgh, may be available at very reasonable cost for meetings or hearings.  The location is central and convenient.  The FDRS Register contains all the information needed to initiate the appointment process.
