Biography

Greg is recommended in the Legal 500 2014 for commercial litigation and property and construction and is credited with ‘expertise in insurance contract disputes and in construction and property matters’.

Called to the Bar in 2001 after 15 years as a solicitor. Civil practice covering the fields of commercial, insurance, contentious property, professional negligence and personal injury. Interest and expertise in both the technical and legal aspects of transport/vehicle matters to represent clients before the Traffic Commissioner.

Greg has particular recent experience in dealing with insurance matters including the interpretation of insurance contracts and property damage (flooding, fire, subsidence and structural). 

Recognised knowledge in legionella cases having been asked to deliver talks on the legal issues in such cases (personal injury and property).
