Biography

Donald called to the bar in 2024 after previously practising as a solicitor at a large personal injury firm for 7 years.

He has experience of a wide variety of personal injury cases including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, and industrial disease claims. He has been instructed in cases involving fatal accidents and complex future loss claims. He has a particular interest in cases arising from accidents abroad, with extensive experience of aviation and offshore claims and jurisdictional disputes.
