Biography

Gregor called to the bar in 2026 after over a decade as a solicitor, in both private practice and in-house.

Gregor has a wealth of experience in all areas of personal injury work, with a particular focus on road traffic accidents, employer’s liability and catastrophic injury. He has been instructed in cases involving fatal accidents and complex future loss claims.

Gregor also has significant experience of clinical negligence cases, developed during the five years he spent at the Medical Protection Society. In that role, Gregor was responsible for the investigation and resolution of complex clinical negligence claims across Scotland, Ireland and South Africa.

Gregor has a particular interest in fatal accident enquires and regulatory proceedings.
