Biography

Jamie specialises in Public and Commercial Law. He has particular experience in the field of constitutional law and human rights.

Jamie called to the bar as Lord Reid Scholar. He is experienced in dealing with a variety of commercial disputes and intellectual property matters. As a solicitor, he appeared throughout Sheriff Courts across Scotland and assisted with a variety of matters before the Court of Session. He is also a doctoral researcher at the University of Glasgow, where he is writing a thesis in constitutional law and judicial review. As a result, he is well-equipped to assist clients with public law proceedings of any kind.
