Biography

Juliette specialises in the areas of Equality and Discrimination, Human Rights and EU Law, Criminal Law and Consumer Protection. 

She writes on topics connected with her areas of practice and she is a part-time lecturer at the University of Edinburgh in the areas of EU and Equality Law and Criminal Law. She was reappointed to the Equality and Human Rights Panel of Preferred Counsel in 2015 and she is a member of the Working Group of Justice Scotland. She was a Legal Assistant with the Scottish Law Commission.  She is a Member of the International Society for the Reform of Criminal Law and has presented papers at its conferences. She was appointed Ad Hoc AD in 2015.
