Biography
Kenneth’s areas of particular interest are real estate disputes and all types of public law.
Since calling, Kenneth has been instructed in matters relating to property law, decisions of public bodies, equalities legislation, international private law, housing, and commercial disputes both domestic and international.
Previously, Kenneth trained at Brodies LLP. He worked in the public law and real estate litigation departments and appeared regularly in the Sheriff Courts.
Before starting his legal career Kenneth served as a councillor, where he sat on the Planning Committee and the Local Authority board which heard applications for various kinds of licences.
With a strong academic background, Kenneth graduated as the first-placed student in his graduate LLB programme. He tutors in Civil Law at the University of Edinburgh and was a Lord Hope Scholar at the Faculty of Advocates in 2021/22.
