Biography

Louis called to the Bar as a Lord Hope scholar in 2024. He qualified as a solicitor with a busy court firm based in Edinburgh in 2023.

During his traineeship, Louis was involved in cases at all levels, from the Sheriff Court to the UK Supreme Court.

Whilst devilling, Louis gained experience in criminal law, both at first instance in the High Court, and at Appellate level in the Sheriff Appeal Court and High Court. He also gained experience in personal injury and medical negligence, public law, and professional liability.
