Biography

Martin has experience of various fields including human rights, public law, personal injury and crime.

Martin has a particular interest in public law and human rights, building on his experience in politics and the charitable sector before calling to the bar.

Martin called to the bar in 2024 after a period training as a solicitor at a leading Scottish litigation firm and a period at a leading immigration and asylum firm. Martin is also a local councillor and has experience of quasi-judicial decision making in relation to licensing and planning matters.
