Areas of interest  employment law, personal injury litigation, medical negligence, professional negligence, commercial contracts, immigration, judicial review and fatal accident enquiries.

Called 1992. Experience of appearing and instructed in both the Inner and Outer House of the Court of Session, the Sheriff Court, Fatal Accident Inquiries, Immigration Tribunals and Employment Tribunals.  Sit as Legal Assessor for the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
