Biography

Paul specialised in crime as a defence solicitor and he continues to do so at the Bar as Counsel.

He has been conducting Jury Trials concerned with serious crime since he was a Trainee Solicitor and he has now conducted a significant volume of criminal trials including those involving allegations of sexual offences, violent offences, offensive weapons, offences involving children, drugs, domestic abuse, road traffic offences and robbery, amongst other things.

He is experienced in High Court prosecutions involving allegations of murder, causing death by dangerous driving, attempted murder, rape and other sexual offences including lewd and libidinous practices, firearms, robbery, mobbing and rioting, assaults to danger of life and proceeds of crime.
