Biography

Roderick Campbell has extensive experience in defender insurance work, in particular in professional negligence.

He maintains a keen interest in regulatory and employment law. Prior to calling at the Bar, he spent eighteen years as a partner with Kennedys.

For many years he was also Honorary Legal Adviser to a Citizens Advice Bureau and has an LLM in Human Rights Law. A member of the Scottish Parliament(MSP) for Fife North East from May 2011 to May 2016,he was Parliamentary Liaison Officer to the Cabinet Secretary for Justice from 2014-2016.

He has a certificate in Regulatory Law and Practice and recently undertook training in International Arbitration Law and Practice.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
