Film of the Rule of Law Lecture by Dominic Grieve, QC, MP, is now available to view online.

Last week’s lecture was a joint event by the Faculty of Advocates and the Bar Council of England & Wales, and was facilitated by Beyond Borders Scotland.

Mr Grieve, the former Attorney General, asked: “Is the European Convention on Human Rights Working?”

He said the Convention was a success and described it as “arguably the single most important legal and political instrument for promoting human rights on our planet.”
