New editor and deputy editor for Session Cases

 

 

A new editor and deputy editor of Session Cases have been appointed in the wake of the installation of Lord Ericht as a Senator of the College of Justice.

Julius Komorowski, Advocate, succeeds Lord Ericht (Andrew Stewart, QC) as editor, while Emma Toner, Advocate, becomes deputy editor, the Scottish Council of Law Reporting has announced.

Lord Ericht was editor of Session Cases, the authoritative series of law reports of Scottish cases, for 15 years until his elevation to the Bench.
