Faculty to fore in Mental Health Tribunal appointments

 

Six members of Faculty are among a group of new appointees to the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland.

In all, eight new legal members and 19 new medical members were appointed by Annabelle Ewing, MSP, the Minister for Community Safety and Legal Affairs. She said the new members brought “a wealth of skills and experience” to the Tribunal.

The Faculty six are: Sir Crispin Agnew, QC, Kenneth Campbell, QC, Laura Dunlop, QC, Bruce Erroch, John MacGregor and Moira MacKenzie. They are joined by solicitors Ruthven Gemmell and Laura McLaughlin.
