The Faculty’s Lauren Sutherland, QC, is one of the experts putting personal injury law and practice under the microscope at a conference.

The event, on the morning of Wednesday, 12 October, is being staged by the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow.

Topics to be discussed include the new All Scotland Personal Injury Court and court procedures for PI cases.
