Public law in the spotlight

 

A programme of key public law topics, including human rights and Brexit, has been drafted for the ninth annual summer conference of the Scottish Public Law Group.

The event, on Monday, 19 June, at The Principal Edinburgh, George Street, Edinburgh, will feature the Faculty’s James Mure, QC, Morag Ross, QC, and Laura-Anne van der Westhuizen. Others taking part include the Lord Advocate, James Wolffe, QC, and Lord Bracadale and Lord Boyd.
