Tribunal appointments for Faculty trio

THREE members of Faculty have been appointed Legal Members of the Pensions Appeal Tribunal for Scotland.

Robert Milligan, QC, Nick Gardiner and David McNaughtan are joined by David Short, solicitor, as Legal Members among 14 appointments made by the Lord President and announced by the Judicial Office for Scotland.
