Double up for senior counsel

 

THE Faculty’s Andrew Smith, QC, has been chosen as Lawyer of the Week in the law section of The Times Scotland – for the second time.

On this occasion, Mr Smith has been recognised for his role in “the largest action against solicitors in Scottish history", a £160 million claim which was settled out of court.

In 2014, he was selected after success in the Supreme Court in a consumer rights case.
