Faculty speakers at Glasgow events

IMPORTANT aspects of both the civil and the criminal law will be examined by Faculty members, as speakers at separate events in Glasgow.
At a half-day civil litigation conference, Timothy Young is to look at recent developments in expenses, and Isla Davie will address negotiation and tactics.
In the criminal field, Claire Mitchell, President of the Scottish Criminal Bar Association, will talk on disclosure – past, present and future.
Both events are being staged by the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow, on Wednesday, 23 May, and Thursday, 24 May.
