Faculty line-up at SYLA annual debate

 

SENIOR Faculty member, Susan O’Brien, QC, will be keeping order when two of her colleagues put forward competing arguments at the annual debate of the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association.

The motion to be discussed by Kevin Henry, Advocate, and Alexander Sutherland, Advocate, is: “This house believes that Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a more effective route to justice and impacts the necessity for solicitors.”
