Vice-Dean joins Victims Taskforce

 

THE Vice-Dean of Faculty, Angela Grahame, QC, has been invited to serve on a Victims Taskforce which will meet for the first time next month.

The Cabinet Secretary for Justice, Humza Yousaf, announced that he and the Lord Advocate, James Wolffe, QC, will co-chair the group as “it looks right across the criminal justice system and seeks to strengthen victims' rights throughout their journey.”

As well as Ms Grahame, members of the Taskforce will include senior figures from justice agencies, the legal profession, academia and the voluntary sector.
