Counsel is Lawyer of the Week

THE Faculty’s Fred Mackintosh has been titled Lawyer of the Week in the law section of The Times Scotland.

Mr Mackintosh appeared for a man facing extradition and successfully argued that sending him to the US would be a breach of the European Convention on Human Rights.
