REGISTRATION is now open for the Faculty of Advocates' annual 21st Century Bar Conference, which will take place on Monday 7 December 2026 at the Mackenzie Building in Edinburgh.
A popular fixture in the legal calendar for over 25 years now, the conference brings together Faculty Members, in-house lawyers and other legal professionals to explore issues, developments and challenges shaping modern legal practice. Attendees can look forward to a programme of expert speakers and thought-provoking discussions, with further details to be announced soon.
The conference will run from 9am to 4.30pm and will be an in-person event.
Attendance is free, but places are expected to fill quickly. Registration closes on Monday 30 November. A light lunch will be provided and attendees are asked to include any dietary requirements when booking. Further information on the programme and speakers will be circulated in due course.
Faculty expects that at least 4.5 hours of substantive CPD will be available to Members. Click here to register. Any queries should be directed to the Dean's Secretariat at deans.secretariat@advocates.org.uk
