Arbitration on the breakfast menu

 

THE Scottish Arbitration Centre and ArbitralWomen are holding a breakfast seminar in Edinburgh when the discussion will focus on, Differences in the practice of international arbitration in the UK.

ArbitralWomen’s president, Rashda Rana, SC, is to chair the event, on Thursday, 21 September at the SAC’s premises in Princes Street.

Speakers are the Scottish QC, Lindy Patterson; London-based Philippa Charles; a past chair of CIArb Ireland, Anne-Marie Blaney; and Carita Wallgren-Lindholm from Finland, a member of the ICC  International Court of Arbitration.
