THE recently-appointed chair of JUSTICE Scotland, Shelagh McCall, QC, is Lawyer of the Week in the Law section of The Times Scotland.

In the feature, Ms McCall, convener of the Faculty’s Human Rights and Rule of Law Committee, names Lady Scott (Maggie Scott, QC) as the person who had inspired her.
