Family law QC to feature in ABC discussion

ONE of the country’s leading family law specialists, the Faculty’s Lynda Brabender, QC, will share her thoughts on the recent Supreme Court case of ABC in a special webinar.

ABC was a 14-year-old who wanted to be involved in decisions made about his brother at children’s hearings.
