Counsel named as employment judge

ONE of the Faculty’s specialists in employment law is among a new batch of appointments to the panel of judges of Employment Tribunals (Scotland).

Russell Bradley and 12 others were selected by Lord Carloway, the Lord President, and will take up their posts on 2 November.

Judge Shona Simon, President of Employment Tribunals (Scotland), said: “We are very fortunate in that all those appointed are experienced employment practitioners. The employment judges currently in post are greatly looking forward to our new colleagues joining us…”

Mr Bradley became a member of Faculty in 2012, after more than 20 years as a solicitor, latterly working exclusively in the employment field.
